How long will this store be up?

Our temporary store will run for three weeks and will close on August 31st at midnight EST or until stock runs out.

Why only a limited time?

As much as we would love to be able to offer you all of these goodies all the time, we unfortunately don't have the resources to manage and ship orders full time. Our nonprofit is 100% volunteer based and we have a bunch of awesome projects taking up the bulk of our time.

We don't want anyone to miss out, so we will be looking at options for a permanent store with a very limited range of products moving forward.

What happens if an item I want is sold out?

Good question.
Because this pop up store is intended to help us clear out current stock, there will be some items that sell out faster than others, and some that we will be unable to restock in the future.

That being said, if the demand is high enough we may open up a pre-order process to restock some of the items we’re able to.

Please note: that means if you order multiple items but one is sold out and on pre-order, it may delay the entire order. We’ll keep everyone updated on the process if it’s needed.

When will orders ship?

We’ll be shipping orders once a week.

Are you taking International orders?

Yes, we’ll take orders from everywhere ☺

What about customs fees for those international orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to handle any customs fees that might come up. Those will need to be paid for by the buyer.

We are sorry if this is an inconvenience; please keep this in mind if you are placing an order.

How long will shipping take?

All shipping is standard, no priority or express.

Shipping within the US is usually estimated 1 – 2 weeks, while International shipping could take 2 – 4 weeks.

Will your organization name appear on the receipt and shipment? Will LGBT be mentioned anywhere?

Orders made through PayPal will be marked as 'LGBT Fans Deserve Better' on your statements, unfortunately we're unable to change this as it's our legal business name. However orders placed directly via credit card are processed using Stripe and will list on your statements as 'FansDB' with no mention of 'LGBT'.

We understand everyone’s situation is different and do our best to keep that in mind when setting things like this up. If you are only able to pay via paypal and this is an issue for you please contact us and we'll try to find a solution so you don't miss out.


I don’t like the fit of the shirt, can I return it for a different size?

Please refer to the sizing charts higher up the FAQ for best sizing estimates as we cannot guarantee we will have stock leftover in the size you’d need.

Refund/Return policy?

If items are damaged during shipping, please send us a picture of the damaged items and if any stock is left, we will ship out a replacement at no cost.

If no stock remains, we will issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise only (not the shipping) in question.

If ALL merchandise ordered is damaged and we have no stock left, we will refund BOTH merchandise and shipping.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us and we will facilitate that request.


Will any of these items be made available again after the store closes?

The Support Positive Representation shirts will have a home sometime this fall when we launch our permanent store.

For all other items, it will depend on the interest we have during this sale and/or if we have any stock left over.

Where do the profits from this store go?

Profits from the Multi Fandom Art Book and the We Heart Fandom shirt will be going to The Trevor Project.

Profits from all other items support our nonprofit, LGBT Fans Deserve Better.
